THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard on Petitioner's writ of Garnish-
~aent and it appeariag th4t the Garnishee, SCHODBR INSURANCB AGENCY,
wss duly served vith notice and process, and having failed to file any
pleadings denying petitioner's alleg8tions, it is thstefors,
ORDERED AND /IDJUDGED by this Court that a Defauit Judg~nent be, ~
and is hereby entered against the Garnishee, SCHODER INSURANCE AGENCY, ~
