THIS DEED, Made and entered into this lOth da~ of i
I"~aY , 1975, between LESLIE R. RAZEY, as the duly qualified
and acting executor of the estate of RALPH L. RAZEY, deceased,
party of the first part, and LESLIE R. RAZEY, whose mailing ad-
dress is 110? York Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida 334S0, as party
of Che second part,
~ WITNESSETH: That the said party of the first part, for
and in consideratfon of the swa of Ten Dollars ($10.00), lawful
money of the United States of America, to him and hand paid by
the party of the second part, at or before the ensealing and

-delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby ac-

knowledged, has granted, bargained sold, aliened, remised, re- S
leased, conveyed and canfirmed, and by these presents does grant, ,
bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the
said party of the second part, and his heirs and assigns forever,
all the following piece, parcel or tract of land situate, lying and
being in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida and more parti-
cularly described as follvws:
