FINAL JUDGMENT
This cause came on for trial the 19th day of May,
1975, and the Court having given full consideration to all ~

the evidence, finds and determines; this Court has juris- ~
t
~
diction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that i
~
the relation of husband and wife now exists between the par- ~
ties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrie- ~
~
rt
vably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows;
1. Dissolution of Marriage: The marriage between
; LEO EDMUND LaFLESH and BARBARA LOUISE LaFLESH be and the same ~
! y
~ is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are ~
~ t
~
~ hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore 5
~
= existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
~
~ 2. Custody: Custody of LEO EDMUND LaFLESH, JR., the
~
~ minor child of the parties, is •hereby awarded to the Wife,
~ BARBARA LOUISE LaFLESH, with reasonable visitation rights
~
~ reserved to the Husband, LEO EDMUND LaFLESH.
~
3. Support: Commencing Friday, May 23, 1975, the
x Husband, LEO EDMUND LaFLESH, shall pay to the Wife, BARBARA
~
~ L~UISE LaFLESH, the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) each and every
~S'? i
~
~ week for the support of the minor child herein named. ~
