IN RE: The Marriage Of
CARSON FLOYD OSTEEN, Husband
and
DOROTHY FAYE OSTEEN, Wife.
FINAL JUDGMENT
This cause came on for trial the 19th day of May,
1975, and the Court having given full consideration to all
the evidence, finds and determines: this Court has~juris-
diction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that
the relation of husband and wife now exists between the par-
ties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrie-
vably broken and should be dissolved. It is, thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Dissolution of Marriage: The marriage between
; CARSON FLOYD OSTEEN, Husband, and DOROTHY FAYE OSTEEN, Wife,
~ be and the sam~,is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each

~ of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
a

~ heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
~ arising therefrom.

~ 2. Custody: Custody of KATRENA ANN OSTEEN, the minor
~
~ child of the parties, is hereby awarded to the Wife, DOROTHY
~
~ FAYE OSTEEN, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to
the Husband, CARSON FLOYD OSTEEN.
~ 3. Protective Services: That the interest of the
~
~ minor child herein named can best be served by the Division
~ -
~ of Family Services providing protective services over and for
~
u
~
~ her welfare and that the same is hereby ordered.
