TO FILE REPORTER'S TRANSCRIBED NOTES
This action is taken by the Court upon joint Motion of
counsel showing that the transcript of the Tria~l herein will not

be available during the time set forth in the Florida Rules of ~
Appellate procedure. Accordingly, it appears to the Court that
an extension of time will be necessary in order to perfect this
appeal and protect the rights of the parties. Accordingly

IT IS ADJUDGED:

; That pursuant to Florida Appellate Rule 3.6j(1) the
~
j Court Repcrter is granted an additional 60 days to file the trans-
~
cript of the Trial and supply the parties with copies of same.

This extension of time for the filing of the reporter's transcrib- ~
~ ed notes shall operate to extend for a like period the times fixed
~
~ by the Appellate Rules for the filing of briefs and the record on '
~ appeal and for transmittal of same.
