Dollars, and certain promises and obligations set forth in said mortgage deed,
upon the property situate in said State and County described as follows, to-wit:
Condominium Parcel: Lot# 812 of Venture Out at Indian River, Inc. a Condominium
.according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records
Book 201 at page 1402 et. se~c. of the public records of St. Lucie County, Flroida.
As provided for by the Condominium Act of the Statutes of the State of Florida i
(Chapter 711, Section 711.O1,et. seq.,1965) said description in this conveyance
includes, but is not limited to, all appurtenances to the condominium parcel above
described, and including the undivided interest in the common elements of said
Condominium.
