of CLEO NETTLES, Wife, on behalf of the law firm of Willes, Bittan
& Willes, to hold the Husband, ANDREW NETTLES, in contempt for his '
failure to make ~ayments due for attorney's fees and costs pursuant ~
to the Final Judgment entered in the above entitled cause wherein ~

ANDREW NETTLES was Husband and CLEO NETTLES was Wife, and the Court ~
~
having heard testimony on behalf of the Husband and being fully ~
advised in the premises, it is thereupon ~
~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~
~
1. The Husband, ANDREW NETTLES, is in arrears in his pay- ~
~ ments to the law firm of Willes, Bittan & Willes, 201 South Second 3
l .
~ Street, Fort Pierce, Florida in the total sum of $98.72 pursuant ~
~ _
~ to the Final Judgment entered in the above entitled cause as of '
~ ~
~ May 15, 1975. ~
~
~ 2. The_Court determines the Husband to be in contempt of ~
~ this Court for his failure to make the payments as set out in
~ Paragraph 1 above.

~ 3. The Husband may purge himself of his contempt by paying
~
~ to the law firm of Willes, Bittan & Willes the sum of $98.72 within
~ thirty days from the date of this Order as payment in full of said
~
~
~ attorney's fees and costs.
