This cause came on to be heard on May 19, 1975 on that ~
portion of the Wife's Petition for Dissolution of Marriage for
teanporary relief~and service having been perfected on the Husband,
JOHI~T P. BERGER, prior to said date and the Wife appearing before
the Court and giving testimony and the Court being fully advised
in~the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Custody of DAVID C. BERGER, minor child of the parties,
is hereby awarded to LORA E. BERGER with reasonable visitation
rights reserved to JOHN P. BERGER.
I 2. Commencing the 23rd day of May, 1975, JOHI~1 P. BERGER
