if the Company, ita sneceasors or assigns, shall pay or canse to be
paid nnta the holders of the Bonds the principal, interest and premium,
if any, to become~ dne in respect thereof at the times and in the manner
stipnlated therein and herein, and shall keep, perform and observe all
and singalar the covenants and promises in the Bonds and coupons and
in the Indentnre expressed to be kept, performed and observed by or
on the part of the Company, then this Snpplemental Indentnre and tb.e
estate and rights hereby granted shall cease, determine and be~ oid,
otherwise to remain in fnll force and effeQt;

tween the parties hereto, that all the Bonds and conpons are to be
issned, anthenticated and delivered, and that all the Trnst Estate

~ Trnstee (and where applicable to Florida Property, with the Trustees)
and its sneceasors in said trast, for the benefit of those who shall
hold the Bonds and eonpons, or any of them, as follows:

Supplemental Indenture. The Trastees shall not be responsible in
any manner whatsoever for or in respect of tLe validity or suf~'icienc~
of this Snpplemental Indentnre or the dne egecntion thereof by the
Company or for or in respect of the recitals herein contained, all of
w}uch recitals are made bp the Company solely.
