1. Qardinier, Ine. - Amendment dated November 18, 1974
to Firm Contract dated March 3, 1960. This amendment
changes the period of record ~ retsntion reqnired for all
test data, charts and other gimilar records from six years
to one year.

tember 20, 1974 to Natnral (~as Contract (Direct Sale) for
Preferred Interrnptible Service dated December 1, 1969
providing for the price of gas delivered as a resnlt of the
eztraordinary relief from enrtailment anthorized by the
Federal CommisSion.
2. Bnckeye Cellnlose Corporation - Lettsr Agreement dated
Jannary 6, 1975 providing for 30-days' emergency relief
frnm cnrtailment; the rate for this relief gas to be the same
as ~rm Resale "GF" rate.
3. Borden, Iuc. - Amendment dated September 20, 1974 to
Natnral (~as Contract (Direct Sale) for Preferred Inter-
ruptible Service dated Jnne 1, 1970 providing for the
price of gas delivered as a resnlt of the extraordinary
relief from curtailment authorized by the Federal Power
Commission.
4. ~ Dixie Lime and Stone Company - Letter Agreement
dated February 3, 1975 amending the tske-or-pay provi-
sions of the Preferred Interrnptible Contract dated Jnly "
13,1959. -
