NOTATIOY: DOCUMENTARY STAMPS (Section 201.22, F.S., Section 1, Ch. 65-
254, Laws of Florida, 1965) the stamps required by this chapter
have been placed on the promissory instruments secured by said financfng
statement and will be placed on any additional promissory instruments,
advances or similar instrument that may be secured by said financing
statement." This requirement is not applicable - Documentary Stamps.are
not required to be place~i on promissory instruments secured by the
Indenture referred to in paragraph 2 of this Financing Statement, under
Florida Supreme Court Decisions of State v. Green, 166 So.2d 146 and
