3. This Financing Statement covers the following types of property:
All tangible personal property and property which is or is to
become fixtures which is (i) within the ~urisdiction of the State
of Florida, (ii) acquired by the Debtor on or after Jaauary 1, 1967
and (iii) of the types described in the Granting Clauses of the
Indenture. ~

Attached heteto mark~d Exhibit A and made a part hereof is an
excerpt from the 'l~renty-Eighth Supplemental Indenture betWeen the ~
parties hereto, which excerpt includes Granting Clauses First through
Third. ~
The documents involved in this transaction, including without
limftation, those referrea to in this Financing Statement, and the
obligations or agreements secured by the property referred to in
this Financing Statement, and the other collateral for such obligations
and agreements, may be amended and supplemented from time to time.
4. Types of property referred to in paragraph 3 above which are or are
to become fixtures are, or are to be, affixed to real estate in the
State of Florida, which is described in Exhibit B which is attached `
hereto and made a part hereof. - `
5. This Financing Statement also covers the proceeds of the property
