THIS CAUSE cominq on to be heard upon Plaintiff's IKotion
for Summary Judqment. It appearinq to the Court that the
Pla~ntiff has filed its Affidavit in support of the cause sued
upon, and there beinq no material issue of fact or law, and the `
Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, EAGLE MOTOR
