IT LS HEREBY STI~ULATED by and between the petitioner, ANN B.

RASTRELLI, and the respondent, MARIO R.ASTRELLI, as followa:
~ l. That the petitioner shall have custody of the four minor
children of the marriage, to-wit: LEAH, MARIO, JR.. PHILLIP, and
JEFFREY. The respondent shall have visitation righta with the minor
children one day each week. on a day to be agreed upon by both parties.
2. The respondent shall pay the aum of One Iiundred Dollars ($100.0
to the petitioner each and every week for the support of the aforesaid

minor children.
3. The petitioner shall have the exclusive possession of the 19?0
. Cadillac automobile owned by the parties, and the respondent shall execute
any papers necessary to place the title of said automobile in petitioner~s
I name. -
4. The respondent shall have the exclusive possesssion of the 1971
Lincoln automobile owned by the parties, and the petitioner shall execute
any papers necessary to place title of said automobile in respondent's name.
5. The respondent shall quit claim his interest in the home located
on Everglades Boulevard, Beau Rivage, Stuart, Florida, to the petitioner
togeth~r wit h all the furnishings and fixtures located therein.
6. The petitioner shall quit claim her interest in the follo-~ring
property to the respondent:
(a) That certain lot located in Hideaway Isles, Martin County,
Flo~ida;
(b) Those two (2) lots located on Second Street, Palm City, Martin
County, Florida;
