The Respondent shall transfer to the petitioner the mortgages ~
now held by the parties on the following property:
(a) That house located at 809 Citrus Avenue, Fort Pierce. Florida. ~

The petitioner shall transfer to the respondent the mortgages now ~

- held by the parties on the following property:
(a) That house located on Berry Road. Palm City, Florida; and
~
(b) That house located at 600 North River Drive. Stuart, Florida.

8. The respondent shall receive any and all of his personal effects
from the marital home. -
9. The respondent shall be solely responsible for any outsta.nding
indebtedness incurred by the parties during the course of this marriage
to the date of the signing of this Stipulation. After such date, each Barty
shall be solely responsible for his or her own debts.
10. The respondent shall be solely responsible for and shall gay
any and all medical and dental bills incurred by the parties' minor children.
- 11. The respondent shall transfer to the petitioner all the stocks
now held by the parties, being: Dreyfus Investment, Fidelity Trend, and
- Oppenheimer Fund, to be hers solely.

~ 12. The parties presently own the following e_quipment: 944
~ Catepillar loader; International dozer TD6; 1969 Chevrolet dump truck;
~ -
1959, B Dragline - link belt; and 19T1 Jeep. The petitioner agrees to trans-
fer any and all interest she may have in the said equipment to the respondent.
13. The respondent shall pay to the petitioner the sum of Seven
~ Thousand Dollars ($7, 000. 00) within five (5) days of the signing of this
Stipulatfon, -
14. The parties hereto agree to file separate income tax returns
for the year 1972, and each shall hold the other harmless froin his or her
own personal return.
15. The parties hereto agree to divide the attorney's fees in this
action, and each party agrees to pay to the 2aw offices of l~andolph &
uv~ oniee~ or

Randolph one-half of the total of the fees and costs of this action. '
