DISSOLUTION OF MARR,IAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 25th day of April, 1973, and
the Cowrt, havi.og given full consideration to all the evidence, finds aad deter-
mines: This Court has juriadiction of the partie8 and the subject matter of
this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now esists betWeen the petitioie r
and reapondent, and tha#-the marriage should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as followa:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the
petitioner, ANN B. RASTRELLI, and ~the respondeat, MARIO R.ASTRELLI,
be and the same ia hereby dissolved, and the said partiee a.nd each of them -
are hereby forever freed from the bonds af matrimony heretofore egisting ~
~ be~tween them and from the obligations arisiog therefrom.

~ 2. CUSTODY. Custodp of LEAH RASTRELLI, MARIO RASTR.ELLI,

JR. , PffiLLIP RASTRELLI, and JEFFREY RASTRELLI, mi.nor children
of petitioner and responden~ i s hereby awarded to petitioner with reasonable
visitation rights reserved to the respondent.

3. SUPPORT. Commencing the p~~'^day of Q- , 18?3,
the respondent shall pay to the Clerk of this Court the sum of $100. 00 each -
_ and every week for the support of the children herein named, which shall
ber remitted promptly by the Clerk of this Court to the petitioner. In
addition, there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 to be added to each
pa.yment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money
~ order or cashier's check. Petitioner and respondent are ordered to keep the
Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and reaidence addresses at all
times while this Order is in effect.
