SUMMARY JUDGMENT
This cause coming on for h~aring on the Motion for Summary
Judgment filed herein and the Court, after having heard argument of counsel
for the respecrive parties, and after having been fully advised in the premises,
finds and determines :
1. That the plainriff, SAM NUSSDORF, is the holder of a
promissary note which is the subject matter of this acrion.
2. That the pleadings and the documents which are made a
part of the Court record show that there is no material issue of any fact
related to this cause and that summary judgment should be rendered in favor
of the p2aintiff.
Upon consideration thereof, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the plaintiff`s Morion for Summary
Judgment be and the same is hereby granted against the defendant herein on
each item set forth in the Complaint.
