Complaint and Summary Judgment and the evidence offered in support of
said complaint, and the Court befng fully advised in the premises, upon ~
consideration thereof, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows :
1. Due and legal service of process has been had upon the
defendant and the summary judgment p~eviously entered in this cause rati- .
fied and confirmed; this Court has jurisdiction vf the parties in this cause
and its subject matter; the allegarions contained in the complaint have been
proved by competent evidence and that the equities in this cause are with the

~ 2. There is due and owing to the plaintiff upon the promissory

~ note sued upon the principal sum of $3, 000.00, together with interest at the

~ rate of 6 J per annum, which interest is in the amount of $652. 95, maldng a ~
