This cause came on for trial the 19th day of May, 1975, ~

and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, ~

finds and determines: This Court has jurisdi etion of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and
Wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between '

the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon - ~

ORLEREB AND A~TUD~ED as fol~ows :
~ l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between ERVA L. ~

~ BOWMAN and MELVIN L. BOWMAN be and the same is hereby dissolved, ~

~ and the parties and each of thera are hereby forever freed from the ~
~
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the {
~
obligations arising therefrom. ,
2. MELVIN L. BOWMAN shall be responsible for and shall
~
~
~ pay the Public Finance loan in the amount of $696.91 and the
~
? Household Finance loan in the amount of $1,225.88.
~
~ 3. RESTRAINIMG ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby en-
~
~
~ jorned and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying
~
~ the other.
