there is hereby assessed the sum of 51.00 as statutory costs to be
added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be
made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties
are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their
mailing and residence addresses at all times while this Order is
in effect.
4. PROPERTY. That upon thz ~ntry of this Final Judgment,
Dissolution of Marriage, the real property located at 2505 Kerr
Street, Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, shall be owned by
the parties as tenants in common.
, THELA D. FULWOOD shall have the right to exclusive use
and occupancy of the marital home of the parties herein, and ~

; BENNIE FULWOOD shall pay re asonable up-keep and maintenance bills #
