This cause coming on to be heard on Mayt2. 1975 at 10:00
o'clock A.M. upon the Motion for Order of Contempt on behalf of
the Wife, CLEO NETTLES, against the 8usband, ANDREW NETTLES, to
- hold the said Husband in contempt or for a judgment in favor of
CLEO NETTLES for child support in arrears pursuant to the Final
~
Judgment in the above entitled cause and to let execution issue
thereon, and the Court having heard testimony on behalf of the
Husband hereto and argument of counsel; and the Court being fully
advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. That CLEO NETTLES be and she is entitled to a Judgment
