ALSO, the North 10 Acres of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 9, Zbwnship 36 South,'Range 40 East, lying East of Drainage Canal No. 71. It is the intention of the Grantor by this Deed to convey that entire Island on which the foregoing described property is located, which said Island is bounded on the West by the North St. Lucie River Drainage ~ District Canal No. 71, and on all other sides by a loop of the St. Lucie River, ~ together with bridge thereon located. A right of way and easement in, to, upon, over and across the following described land situated in St. Lucie County, Florida,to-wit: A strip of land 50 feet wide, lying 25 feet on each side of the extended center line of Parkland Boulevard as shown on Plat of RIVERDALE YACHT CLUB ESTATES, Unit 11ao, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 40, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and extending from the West line of Merry Bee Drive ~ as shown on said p~at of RIVERDALE YACHT CLUB ESTATES, Westerly to the shore of { the St. Lucie R.iver, which said easement and right of way is for the purpose of ~ ingress and egress. It is understood however, that such right of way and ease- ~ ment is not an exclusive easement, but is subject to the equal right of Grantor ~ herein, her heirs, personal representatives and assigns, of ingress and egress s over said land, which riqht is hereby expressly reserved.
