no disputed issue of fact or law demonstrated in the pleadings
herein, it is thereupon,
ORDERED A~TD ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, Florida Rock
Industries, Inc., a Florida corporation, d/b/a. Shands & Baker
Division, do have and recover from the Defendant, ~dac's Clearing
; Service, Inc., a Florida corporation, the swn of $3,055.36 as
