THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing upon motion of the
plaintiff, through counsel, for the appointment of an attorney and
guardian ad litem for the absent unknown defendants, defendants in
the mi.litary services of the United States, mino= defendants and
also to represent defendants non compos mentis or otherwise under ~
legal disability, if any, and it appearing to the Court that such
motion is well taken, and the Court being otherwise fully advised
in the premises, it is, thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED AS FOLLOWS:
(1) That J. Michael Brennan an attorney
I learned in the law be, and he is hereby appointed as guardian and
