INDENTURE, dated as of the first day of May, 1975, made and en-
tered into by and between FLORIDA PO~VER & LIGHT CODiPANY, a cor-

Company), and BAh'KERS TRUST CO~IPANY, S COrporation of the State

Trusteel, and FLORIDA FIRST NATIOKAL B~ .TACKSONVILLE (for-
