for the collection of delinquent taxes levied pursuant to Chapter
212, Florida Statutes, which warrant was duly recorded in the
Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, in and for St. Lucie ~

WHEREAS said delinquent tax has been paid in full and the
tax lien created by the recording of the said tax warrant, satis-
