in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above styled suit for
foreclosure be and the same is hereby dismissed without
prejudice together with the Lis Pendens heretofore filed herein,
and the Clerk of the Court is hereby instructed to remove same
; from the Public Records.
