KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WNEREAS, FIRST NA'fIONAL CI7Y BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the la~~~s of the United States of America, is
-now the ocrner and hotder by assignment of the folla~?ing mortgages ~ ~
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:

2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in S~. Lucie County,-Florida therein ~
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of ~
Mortgage Deed; dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of ~1,112,392.00 and
also encumbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which ~
Ftodification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Page 857, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as.further_amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of A~nerica has requested First National
; ' City Ba~k to release the property hereinafter described, being a
~ part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and op~ration of said
mortgage;
NOW, TNEREFQRE, First National City Bank, in consideration of
