also encunbering other lands in Polk CounLy, Florida, which :
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record ~
Book 207, Page 867,.et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie '
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica- ~
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Recards of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
k~HEREAS, Outdaor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said
mortgage; ~ ~
