tion organized under the laws.of the United States of America, is
now~the owner and holder by assignn~nt of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mor~gage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental -
Dtortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing ~
~5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page ;
2405, et seq:, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
_ encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
~ more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
. Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secur~d
by an additional principal indebtedness o~ ~1,112,392.00 and
also encwnbering ott~er lands in Polk County, Florida, which ~
Fiodification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record ~
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie ~
County, Florida, and as further amended by Plortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.~
Lucie County, Florida; and
WNEREAS, Outdoor-Resorts of America has~requested First hational
, City Qank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
- part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said
mortgage;
