PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: ~

WHEREAS,- FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-~
tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the owner and holder by assignmznt of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of 4ctober,
1970; by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Cont:nental
Mortgage Investors, a i~lassachusetts 6usiness 7rust, securing
~5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405,_et seq., Public Records of St. Lucle~County, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Aortgage-Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of ~1,112-,392.00 and
. also enc~anbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
~ Modification of Ftortgage Deed was recorded 9n Official Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as f~rther amended by t~lortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
k'HEREAS, Outdoor~Resorts of America has requested first National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged prernises, from tfie lien and operation of said
mortgage;
