SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT ~
~
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the certai~ mortgage and indebtedness ~
secured thereby executed by Fort Pterce Construction Corporation, mortgagor, dated
the 27th day of March, 1974, recorded in 0. R. Book 225, at page 2~88 of the public
records of St. lucie County, Flo~ida. to Realty Hoiding Corporation, mortgagee,
encumbering the following described real property situate in St. Lucie County,
Florida, to-wit:
SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT "A"
At the ~equest of the mortgagor and in consideration of $10.00 and other
good and valuable consideration, inuring to the undersigned mortgagee, the said
mortgagee does hereby subordinate the lien and operation of the abovesaid mortgage
to the tiens and operation of those_certain mortgages and indebtedness secured
thereby executed by the said mortgagor to Citizens Federal Savings and Loan
Association of St. Lucie County, under the date of 18th day of March, 1975, which
mortgages encumber the above-described. real property and we~e recorded in the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, at the fallowing Official Record
