FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the Zy ~ day ot July, A. D.,
1975, and the Court having given fuZl consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now
exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is
irretrievabI.y broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between ARTHUR LOVE
JOHVSON and NORA THOMAS JOHNSO~I be and the same is hereby dissolved, and
the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
2. RESTRAINING ORDER: Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and
restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying, the other.
3. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of t~'~is cause, and the parties ~
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
