THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing upon the Wife's Motion
for temporary relief, and the parties hereto, by and through their ~ ~
undersigned attorneys, having stipulated and agreed to the entry of
an order granting said relief; therefore:
It is Considered, Ordered and Adjudged that the Husband, JOSEPH
A. KOVACH,shall neither bother nor harass the Wife, and is not
to go on or about the premises of her place of employment or of
her place of residence and the Husband is hereby ordered not to
remove or damage any personal property located in the dwelling
owned by the parties hereto, mo~E particularly described as 1690 ~
Tivan Lane, Port St. Lucie, Florida.
