FINAL JUDG.MENT
THIS CAUSE carne before the Court upon the Plaintiff's
Motion for Final Judgment. It appears from the record that a
Default was duly entered against the Defendant, above shown,
and the Plaintiff, having filed sworn proof of the account =
stated sued upon.in proof of its cause of action, and tlie Court.
finds from the proofs produced and filed herein that there is
now due and owing from the Defendant, to the Plaintiff,_the
sum of $30,9'72.61 plus the sum of $ 30.50 as costs. ~
, IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED by the Court that the Plaintiff,
