O R D L R
This cause coming to be heard upon Wife's Motion for
an injunction and her sworn Affidavit, and it appearing to the
Court, based on the Affidavit that the Husband aaay be disposing
of personal property which has been submitted to the jurisdiction
of this court by both parties, and it further appearing to the
Court that notice of and hearing on the Wife's Motion might
give the Husband an opportunity-to remove additional personal i
property from the home thereby thwarting the Court's jurisdiction, . ~
and the Court being advised in the preonises,
It is therefore ORDERED that the Husband, ROBERT M. COX,
'
~ is hereby enjoined and prohibited from disposinq of any of the
! personal property of the parties until the final hearing herein
~ and further Order of this Court.
