This cause having come.on for hearing before me on
Motion to Vacate and Motion for Entry of Final Judgment
filed herein by the Defendant, A.J. BROWN, D.D.S., incorrectly
designated J. H. BROWN in the caption of this cause, and the
Court having considered said motion and counsel for the
Plaintiff having failed to appear, and it appearing to the
Court that said motion is well taken, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the order and final.judgment
entered on July 2, 1975 is hereby vacated; it is further

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that said motion is hereby granted and -

this cause is dismissed as to th~ Defendant A. J. BROWN,

~ with prejudice, it is further
