This cause having come on to be heard upon final hearing .
upon the Complaint and the Default herein and the Court having
heard testi.mony and beinq fully advised in the premises, the
Court finds as follows:
1. That the Court has jurisdiction of the parties and of
the subject cause. .
2. That the equities of this cause are with the Plaintiff.
3. That the allegations contained in the Complaint have
been proved by competent evidence, and that there is now due
and owing to the Plaintiff from the Defendant on~the Mortgage
indebtedness described in the Complaint the sum of $14,925.i0,
` together with interest from December 15, 1974, to this date at the
