ORDER
THIS CAUSE havinq come on to be heard on the 24th
day of July, 1975, upon the Motion of the Wife for temporary
relief during the pendency of these proceedings, and the
Court having heard the evidence and beinq otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: '
1. That temporary custody of the minor children
of the parties shall be with the Wife during the pendency of
these proceedings, subject to the Husband having reasonable rights
of visitation with the children. .
2. The Wife is hereby a~aarded temporary possession
. ,
of the marital home of the parties located at 1513 Havana Avenue,
Ft. Pierce, Florida during the pendecy of these proceedings.

~ 3. The Husband is hereby Ordered to pay to the

F Wife during the pendency of these proceedings the sum of

( $40.00 per week as child support fo~ e minor children of

~ the parties commencf.ng on the Z day of July, 1975, and 3

; the Husband's rights of visitation with the said children

~ shall be conditional upon payment of the said child support.

~ 4. Each party is hereby restrained from interfering,
~ harassing, molesting or otherwise upsetting the quiet enjoyment
~
' of life by the other party during the pendecy of these pro~eedings.
