and the Court being advised, it is -

ORDERED°AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~
1. That the Wif e-Respondent , BETTY JANE HAYNIK, be permit
ted to f ile a Counter-Claim within twenty (20) days of the date of
this Order; and, it is further -
; ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
E 1. That the Husband-Petitioner, STEVE HAYNIK, shall pay

~ Co the Wife-Respondent, BETTY J ANE HAYNIK, the sum of Two Hundred

g Fifty ($250.00) Dollars instanter. ~

~ 2. Commencing the 25t~i day of July, 1975, the Husband-

a Petitioner, STEVE HAYNIK, shall pay to the Wife-Respondent, BETTY

~ JANE HAYNIK, the sum of Forty ($40.00) Dollars each and every week

~ for the temporary alimony of the Wife-Respondent herein.
