This cause having come on this day for hearing on plaintiff's motion for
summary final judgment of foreclosure upon plaintiff's complaint, as amended,
.and the evidence offered in support of such complaint, as amended, and it
appearing to the Court that a default has been duly and regularly entered by
the Clerk of this Court against the defendants, Harry E. Hall and Brigitte
M. Hall, his wife, and Yvoncor Corp. , a Florida corporation, and the Court
having noted the answer filed herein by the defendant Natalie L. Perrotta, in
propria persona and the Court does find from the pleadings on file together
