O R D E R
This cause came on to be heard on July 24, 1975 upon the
Husband's Motion for Relief from Sentence, and the Wife's attorney,
Charles A.•Sullivan, having advised the Court that the Wife consents
to the Husband's relief from sentence conditioned upon the Husband
making the Fifty ($50.00) Dollar weekly payments previously required
by~Order of this Court in January, 1975, and the Court being advised -
in the premises,
It is therefore ORDERED as follows:
1. Based upon the Wife's consent, the Sheriff of St.
Lucie County, Florida, is directed to release the said ROBERT
;
i TUC80LSI~, instanter, and the Order of July 8, 1975, imposing sentence
r is hereby suspended, conditioned upon the following provisions.

; 2. Commencing Friday, the day of August, 1975, the

Husband shall pay to the Clerk of the Circuit Court for St. Lucie
County, the sum of Fifty ($50.00) Dollars together with One ($1.00)

~ Dollar statutory Clerk's fee, for child support; said payment is

~ made up of Thirty ($30.00) Dollars current support and Twenty
~ _
~ ($20.00) Dollars on the arrearage previously determined; said payments
~
x are to be effected through a payroll deduction if permitted by
