said property now being Henry M. Jernigan, as to 1/8 in-terest; Frances
Nogel Fri~bie, as to 3/8 interest; Richard Frisbie, as to 1/8 interest;
MEJ Associates, as to 3/8 interest

NHEREAS, The State of Florida Uepartment of Transportation has advised
that the property hereinafter described is not necessary for hinh«ay purposes,
and has approved to the extent hereinafter set forth;
NOM THEREFORE, The State of Florida, throuqh the State of Florida Qoard
of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund, in consideration of the
sum of Fifteen Dollars (515.00) and the foreqoina considerations has remised,
released, and quitclaimed, and by these presents does remise, release and
quitclaim unto the said Henry M. Jernigan; as to 1/8 interest; Frances
Nogel Frisbie, as to 3/8 interest; Richard Frisbie, as to 1/8 interest;
MEJ Associates, as to 3/8 interest
and their successors, heirs and assic~ns forever all riahts, title, ~
interest, claim and demand arising out of the followinq reservation, to-wit: ~

Way Two fiundred (200) feet wide lyinq equally on each side of tt?e

as contained in that certain Deed No. 56 6 as to so
much of said right of way described as follows: Release all of said reservation
insofar as same affects North 250 feet of the South 2-90 feet of the
East 300_feet of the North One-haYf of the Southeast One-quarter
of Section 32, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, LESS the South
100 feet of the East 150 feet thereof; AND: North 250 feet of
South 290 feet of West 250 feet of East 300 feet of the North One-
half of the Southeast One-quarter of Section 32, Township 34 South,
Range 40 East, St. Lueie County,_Florida; EXCEPT that part lying ~
