Mortgagp Investors, a Massacii4~etis Business Trus~, securing
E5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
more particuiarly described; as amended by Modification of
Plortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of ~1,112,392.00 and
also encumbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
Niodificaticn of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 20.7, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
' County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage tdodifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
41HEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release the property her~inafter described, being a
. part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said
