If the Buyers shall fail to make timely payment on the due date of any monthly ~ installment referred to herein, such installment shall bear . ~ interest at the rate of Ten Percent (1096) per annum until paid. ~ ~ The Buyers may prepay all or a portion of the outstanding balance due hereunder at any time without penalty; however, no full or partial prepayment may be made in 1975. All payments ~ hereunder shall be made to the Sellers at 714 S. E. Degan Drive, Port St. Lucie, Florida 33452 , or at such other add- _ ress as the Sellers may desiqnate in writing to the Buyers. The Buyers agree to pay all taxes and assessments or im- ~ positions that may be legally levied or imposed upon the Property during and after the year 1975, throughout the term of this. . Agreemeht. In the event the Buyers fail to make any of the payments referred to herein or any part thereof for a period of sixty ' - ~ (60) days after the due date thereof or to perform any of the - I ~ ! ~ i covenants on their part hereby made and entered into, this ~ Agreement shall, at ~he o tion of the Sellers be forfeited and P . ~ _ ` terminated,.and the Buyers shall forfeit all payments made by ~ ~ , ~ them on this Agreement; and such payments shall be retained by ~ the Sellers in full satisfaction and liquidation of all damages ~ by them sustained, and the Sellers shall have the right to re- ~ enter and take possession of the Property without being liable ~ ~ ~ to any action therefor.
