the Sellers of such default to the Buyers addressed to S30 N.W.
Prima Vista, Port St. Lucie, Florida, or to such other address
- as the Buyers may designate in writing. Such notice shall be
mailed by the Sellers no earlier than fifty (50) days after the
event of default. All costs and expenses of collection of said
monies by foreclosure or atherwise, including reasonable attorney's
fees, shall be paid by the Buyers whether suit be brought or not,
and all such sums are secured by thi s Agreement.
Unless othexwise specified herein, the Buyers waive notice,
p resentment, protest, notice of protest and notice of dishonor
with respect to any of the sums payable in accordance with the
terms of this Agreement. ~
The Buyers shall not permit, coma~tit or suffer waste, im-
pairment or deterioration of the Property, and will maintain the
improvements located on the Progerty at all times in a state of- _
good repair and condition, and will not do or permit to be done
anything to the Property that will in any way impair or weaken

f the security of the Sellers retained title to the Property.
€ The Buyers agree to keep the improvements now existing or

not less than $36,000, and to pay promptly, when due, any pre- -
miums for such insurance. All such insurance shall be carried
by a company satisfactory to the Sellers, and shall be payable

~ for the parties as their interest may appear. In the event of

~ loss, Buyers shall give i~aediate notice by mail to Sellers of

~ such loss, and Sellers may make proof of loss if it is-not made
~

~ promptly by Buyers.
