~ ORDER APPOIN'fING ANCILLARY
RECEIVER FOR PURPOSES OF LIQUIDATION
THIS CAUSE, coming on this day to be heard on Motion of the
Department of Insurance of the State of Florida for the entry of an
Order appoi~nting the Department of Insurance as Ancillary Receiver of
Resources Insurance Company for purposes of liquidation and the Court
being fully advised in the premises, finds:

~1. Sections 631.091, 631.13I(2}, and 631.152, F2orida Statutes,
authorize the Department of Insurance of the State of Florida to apply
to this C:,urt for entry of an Order appointing it Ancillary Receiver of ~
a foreign insurer for the purposes of liquidation upon the agpointment
of a liquidator in the domiciliary stat~ of such insurer.
~ 2. ~ The Superintendent of Insurance of the State af New York

was appointed Receiver of Resources Insurance Co~pany for the purpo;es ~
of liquidation by an Order entered Ju2y 22, 1975, by the Supreme Court
of the State of Aek Y~rk, `.ek lork Cc~unty Division.

3. The Superir~tendent of Insurance of the State c~f rew York
has waived l~otice of Hearing, Hearing, and has consented to the
appointment of thc ~lorida Dcpartment oz InsuranGe as Ancillary Receivcr ~
of Resourccs lnsuz-ai~ce Cc::,p~ny, for tr,c pur~oscs of liquidatic:~.
4. T'.?.s Court shouZd appoinz a Florida Ancillary Recciver
