ORDER AMENDING FINAL JUDGMENT OF FORECLOSURE
The above entitled cause coming on this day to be heard ~
upon Plaintiff's motion for amendment of the final judgment of
foreclosure entered herein on July 24, 1975, and the Court being
advised in the premises, it is hereby ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Paragraph 4 of said Final Judgment
of Foreclosure be, and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"4. If the total sum with interest at the rate prescribed
by law and all costs of this action accruding subsequent to
this judgment are not paid within three days from this date,
the Clerk of this Court shall sell the property at public
sale on Friday, August 8, 1975, between 12:00 o'clock noon

~ and 1:00 o'clock P. M. to the hi hest bidder for cash exce t

~ as set forth hereinafter, at the East door of the Courthouse ~

in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, in accordance with ~
Section 45.031, Florida Statutes."
