I wish and desire that my body be buried in a decent manner suitable
_ to my circumstances and condition in life in the family plot in Nassau County,
Long Island, New York, where my mother and father-, Max and Emma Llebscher,
are buried.

funeral expenses, be paid without unnecessary delay by my Executrix, ~

and devise the following- Certificates of Deposit, and any interest or dividends
accruing to them, totalling approximately Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60, 000. 00) ,
to be used specifically for the purpose of constiuction of a residence cottage,
