WHEREAS, I, FRED WILLIAM LIEB9CHER, on May 14, 1968, •
signed, sealed, declared, and published my last Wlll and Testament

in the presence of JEANNE N. MELLONE, WILI.IAM S. WOOD, and .

JEANE M~CHAEL, who signed the said will and testament as wltnesses;
and
WHEREAS, I am desimus of omittinq the bequest of my ;

present automobile, a 1968 Continental, which I previously bequeathed
. to my cousin, MARY EMBOB~TZ, as contained in Paragraph III. B. of
my said will and testament; I, therefore, make and publish this
Codicil to said will and testament, and I also republish all the
tern~s of said will not in conflict with this coaici~.
I'hereby revoke and annul Paragraph III. B. of my last Will
- and Testament, and the property bequeathed in said provi~sion shall
be distributed as a part of the residue of my estate in accordance
with the provisions of Paragraph III.C. of my Last Will and Testament.
